Polmart began as a simple idea: a place that doesn't force you to choose between morning calm and evening energy. We opened our doors in the heart of Clifton's Village Square with one guiding principle — make everyone feel like they belong.
By day, our espresso bar is a quiet refuge for early risers, remote workers, and anyone who appreciates a properly pulled shot. By night, the same space transforms — the lighting drops, the music shifts, and our cocktail program takes center stage.
